a.      What results did you obtain with the development of your proposal and what was its impact?

The results of my proposal were quite positive. The use of multimedia resources significantly improved the students’ engagement and understanding of English. The impact was noticeable not only in their academic performance but also in their confidence and enthusiasm for learning the language.

b.     Which were the most meaningful changes in your pedagogical practices?

The most meaningful changes in my pedagogical practices were the incorporation of multimedia resources into my lessons and the shift towards a more interactive and student-centered approach. This allowed me to cater to different learning styles and make the lessons more engaging and effective.

c. What reflections derived from the implementation of your proposal led you

to introduce modifications in your pedagogical practices?

The reflections derived from the implementation of my proposal led me to realize the importance of flexibility and adaptability in teaching. I learned to modify my strategies based on the student’s responses and needs, which resulted in more effective teaching and learning.

d. What were the main difficulties you went through? and how did you

overcome them?

The main difficulties I encountered were related to the availability of resources and the initial resistance from some students towards the new methods. However, I overcame these challenges by seeking support from the school administration for resources and by gradually introducing the changes to help the students adapt.

Yes, I was able to achieve the purposes I intended with the proposal. The students’ improved performance and positive feedback were clear indicators of the success of the proposal.

Based on the results of this experience, I plan to introduce new changes to my pedagogical practices. I intend to explore more digital tools and platforms that can further enhance the learning experience and cater to the diverse needs of my students. I believe that continuous innovation and adaptation are key to effective teaching in the modern age.
