Results and Impact The results of the implementation of my proposal have been overwhelmingly positive. The use of multimedia resources in teaching English has led to a noticeable improvement in students’ engagement, understanding, and performance. The impact of this change has been profound, not only academically but also in terms of students’ confidence and enthusiasm for learning English. Changes in Pedagogical Practices The most significant changes in my pedagogical practices have been the incorporation of multimedia resources into my lessons and the shift towards a more interactive and student-centered approach.
