Implementation of action plan Over the past two months, I have been diligently implementing my action plan. The first two weeks were dedicated to research and planning. I started by identifying the topics for the upcoming lessons, which included grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and conversational English. I then researched multimedia resources related to these topics. These resources were carefully selected to ensure they were age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with the lesson objectives. In the following two weeks, I began the implementation phase. I incorporated the multimedia resources into my lessons, ensuring they complemented the teaching material and enhanced student understanding. For instance, for a lesson on verb tenses, I used an interactive online game that allowed students to practice identifying and using different tenses.   Way of systematizing my experience: To systematize my experience through participant observation, I would propose field diary: I will maintain a field diary to document my daily teaching experiences. This diary will include a summary of each lesson, the multimedia resources utilized, and any notable student reactions or interactions. Additionally, I will record my observations about student engagement and understanding, including general trends and specific incidents. The diary will also serve as a space for reflection, where I will analyze what worked well in each lesson and what didn’t and consider potential improvements. I will use the diary to write down ideas for future lessons and plans for implementing changes based on my reflections. Finally, I will note any feedback or comments provided by students during class to gain insights and make necessary adjustments.

For example, I can incorporate cross-curricular collaboration and integrate arts into my lessons to encourage creativity and engagement in my students. I can also create a safe and open atmosphere in my classroom that allows my students to take risks and explore their own creative potential. Additionally, I can provide interesting and open-ended assignments that do not focus solely on grades, but instead encourage intrinsic motivation in my students.
