Implementation of action plan Over the past two months, I have been diligently implementing my action plan. The first two weeks were dedicated to research and planning. I started by identifying the topics for the upcoming lessons, which included grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and conversational English. I then researched multimedia resources related to these topics. These resources were carefully selected to ensure they were age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with the lesson objectives. In the following two weeks, I began the implementation phase. I incorporated the multimedia resources into my lessons, ensuring they complemented the teaching material and enhanced student understanding.
